As a special tribute to #EarthDay and to celebrate #EarthDay everyday, I'd like to share some tips about how to make your own nontoxic earth friendly citrus air freshener #aromatherapy. There are a few ways you can do this. One simple method is to grind up pieces of lemon and orange in your garbage disposal, if you have one. Another method is to squeeze the juice of a whole lemon when you are cleaning your home with baking soda and vinegar. The lovely strong lemon #aroma fills the air and cleans the air and makes the entire house smell very refreshing. Another effective method is to fill a spray bottle with 1/8 C of white distilled vinegar and 1 C of fresh squeezed lemon and orange juice, even grapefruit juice and shake and mix it thoroughly and spray anywhere in your home where it needs to be refreshed and invigorated. Another great method is to pour 6-10 drops of your favorite citrus #essentialoils into an electric diffuser or a diffuser that utilizes #nontoxic #earthfriendly candles and allow the #citrus #aromatherapy to fill the room with lovely, fresh, clean citrus aroma.

These are all lovely effective methods. Another wonderful way to enjoy citrus and other #healing #aromatherapy is to pour 3-5 drops of your favorite pure organic essential oils into the palm of your hand and vigorously rub the palms of your hands together and the moment you smell the lovely aroma coming from your hands, wave your hands back forth through the air and continue doing this throughout your home. I do this often when I want to quickly fill the air with lovely healing aromatherapy. Whichever method you use to enjoy healing refreshing aromatherapy, your family will benefit from its healing therapy and your home will feel safe, clean, and comfortable.
