Peppermint is my favorite healing herb. I discovered it when I was 10 years old and I have used it all my life for treating all my ailments. I'm very deeply thankful for its healing medicinal benefits. I have a very sensitive delicate stomach and this wonderful healing herb, peppermint, has helped so very much in so many ways. What I love most about peppermint is the fact that it grows wild everywhere and there will always be a wonderful healing bounty of it. I often drink peppermint tea when I don't feel well and I need to burp and stimulate my appetite to feel strong. The strong pungent aroma is very healing. I love the flavor and the aroma and I never leave home without it. It's energizing, cooling, a natural decongestant, and it creates a sweet, beautiful, positive, healing energy in any toxic negative environment. I carry a bottle of organic peppermint essential oil in my purse. I have three boxes of organic peppermint tea in my cupboard. Next to garlic and ginger, which are also wonderful, healing, medicinal herbs, peppermint is an herb that no one should be without and I can honestly say that I would encourage everyone to have it in their first aid kit and medicine cabinet.
